Terms and Conditions

Good Faith Bond:

Any team that enters a new league of Indoor Cricket/5-a-Side Football/Indoor
Netball will have to pay a "Good Faith Bond" at the start of each season.
This means on your first match of the new season that you pay your match fee
plus a further match fee that is held as a "Good Faith Bond" until the last
match of the season. If you have not forfeited a match during the season
your last game will be "free."

However if you forfeit a match during that season you will forfeit the "Good
Faith Bond" and it would have to be re-instated before your next game before
that team is allowed to continue to play in the league. To play in league is
a commitment for that season and the "Good Faith Bond" is a necessary
condition to ensure each team fulfills its fixtures and its opposition knows
that it will play a fixtured game



Social Bookings:

Each social booking that makes an advance booking for either Indoor
Cricket/Football/Netball must pay that game fee in full. This can be paid by
cheque  made payable to NCSL or soon to be available credit card facility.
Once payment is made that booking cannot be cancelled and the game fee will
be non-refundable.



Bowling Machine:

Any advance bookings made for the bowling machine must be paid for in full.
This can be paid by cheque made payable to NCSL or soon to be available
credit card facility. Once payment is made that booking cannot be cancelled
and the fee will be non-refundable. If additional people attend the booking
for this machine the additional cost if applicable can be paid for on the
night.



Birthday Parties:

Advanced bookings for Children's Birthday Parties must be accompanied by a
£25 non-refundable deposit. The remainder must be paid on the day of the
party. This can be paid by cheque  made payable to NCSL or soon to be
available credit card facility.



Corporate Bookings:

Advanced bookings for Corporate Bookings must be accompanied by a 50%
non-refundable deposit. The remainder must be paid on the day of the
booking. This can be paid by cheque made payable to NCSL or soon to be
available credit card facility.
